Springboard Hackney at The Levy Centre aims to provide a service, that can meet the local communities vocational and work based training needs. We offer supportive, high quality learning and development provision tailored to meet the individual needs of participants and enable them to reach their full potential.

We are fully committed to the principle and practice of equal opportunities and to meeting the diverse learning, development and employability needs of all the communities we serve. Learners are recruited strictly on the basis of our ability to meet their needs and the eligibility criteria set down by funding bodies.

We believe that everyone has something to offer, and value all people equally. We aim to help people develop their knowledge and skills so they can achieve their education or employment goals.

In order to provide work-based training to our learners we need to work in partnership with employers and other groups. We have links with many employers, and are always keen to hear from employers who are interested in providing work placement opportunities.
