Springboard Bromley provides quality training to employees so that they can gain a level 2/3 qualification.
Training your staff helps you make the most of them and also makes them feel more valued, confident and demonstrates your commitment to them. If you have staff aged between 16-24 years it the training is free.. We are able to offer your staff a wide range of vocations including Business Administration, Childcare, and Beauty Therapy.

Are you looking to recruit staff?
At Springboard Bromley we have many young people seeking employment so they can start training on the apprenticeship programme. The typical apprentice works with the employer for up to 4 days a week, for a period between 9 and 18 months. The apprentice attends Springboard one day a week to work towards the NVQ certificate. Springboard supports the learner and the employer to ensure that both parties are benefitting from the apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship programme is set out as follows:
- On the first day with the apprentice, the employer will need to give them a health and safety induction
- The employer must monitor their progress and attendance in a work based record
- On a monthly basis the employer will review and conduct assessments with the apprentice
- Periodically Springboard asks employers to provide witness statements to confirm that they have observed the apprentice carrying out the relevant tasks for the NVQ
Apprenticeships are a great way of training staff that have a genuine interest in progressing and achieving within your organisation. You will need to help your apprentice get familiar with your company and we will guarantee both you and the apprentice and you are well supported.
