Our Cafe
Felix Frederick, our Catering Training Officer, produces a range of choices that should cater to everyone’s taste. There are always healthy options available, and if anyone has any specific dietary requirements or allergies they should speak to Felix. Where possible Felix minimises the use of processed food containing unnecessary additives and ‘E’ numbers, since at Springboard Bromley we acknowledge the role a healthy, balanced diet has on the concentration and learning potential of our students and staff!
Felix provides basic catering training to E2E (Entry to Employment) learners who wish to take their first steps to a career in catering. Whilst undergoing their training students can work towards a Customer Service NVQ qualification, and gain an in-house Hygiene Certificate. Our long term aim is to provide NVQ training in Catering.
