Alternative Curriculum

altcur

Springboard Bromley Trust works with several local schools, supporting them by offering an alternative curriculum to young people aged 14 years upwards who are in years 10 and 11. Reasons for choosing Springboard vary; some young people are not achieving their potential through standard education, others prefer to take vocational qualifications and choose Springboard’s offer..

The programme includes functional skills, media studies, construction, motivational training and guidance, vocational ‘taster’ opportunities and community focus/citizenship. All learners are fully supported during their time at Springboard and into further education, training or employment.

Springboard Bromley offers up to 5 days a week for individual students.

Our aim is to ensure that young people are able to access further opportunities in education, employment and training when they reach school leaving age.

The schools programme is delivered in Bromley at Springboard Bromley, Beacon House, OldHomesdaleRoad,BR2 9LJ.
