Welcome to Springboard Bromley!

Springboard Bromley offers a wide range of training to help people develop and improve their skills. We offer pre-employment and work-based programmes to people living in the London boroughs of Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley, Croydon and beyond.

We believe that everyone has something to offer, and value all people equally. We aim to help people develop their knowledge and skills so they can achieve their education or employment goals.

Our main site is in Bromley, but we also provide our services from our base in Catford.

We have links with many employers, and are always keen to hear from employers who are interested in providing work placement opportunities.

Springboard Bromley is committed to making our information accessible to all. Upon request we will make alternative arrangements for those who are blind or partially sighted, have low literacy levels or do not communicate easily in English.

Basic and Key Skills

Literacy and numeracy skills are essential ‘must haves’ demanded by employers, and all learners enrolled on a vocational course with us complete Basic or Key Skills in support of their programme.

Alternative Curriculum for Years 10 and 11

Our programme provides training and support to young people in years 10 and 11 who are not achieving their potential through standard schooling.
